An autoimmune disease caused by antibodies attaching to ACHR receptor sites resulting in peripheral Descending weakness (Mind to Ground) Management is aimed at preventing exacerbations either Myasthenia Crisis (not enough meds) or Cholinergic Crisis (Too Much Meds). Cholinergic and steroids are the primary treatment.
